As NCMFC Director of Logistics and Programming, Javé heads up the
organization and administration of Scout School. She is also a driving
force in adding Scout School to the NCMFC roster of professional
development opportunities available to its members. As a football coach,
scout, and executive level administrator Javé brings a special set of skills
to lead Scout School
Javé Brown
John is a veteran NFL Scouting Combine drills coach and a Director for NFL Regional, Super Regional Combines, and NFL International Combines specializing in offensive and defensive linemen. Since 1990, John Aaron has directed the operation of over 250 pro football NFL, XFL and UFL combines.
John Aaron
Phil is a long-time NFL combines drills coach who has scouted and directed over 250 combines for the NFL, UFL, XFL, CFL, and Alliance. Phil is an expert player evaluator for all positions with special scouting expertise in the field of secondary, receiver, and the QB positions.
Phillip Blackwell
Charlie is a former NFL player and college scout for the Green Bay Packers. Charlie played college ball at Alabama and during his pro career played for the Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowboys. After his pro football career, Charlie served as College Scout for the Packers. Charlie is an NFL Super Bowl champion and was the leading tackler for the Packers in their Super Bowl XLV victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Charlie Peprah
Stephen Austin is a former NFL Executive and founder of the NFL Regional and Super Regional Combines. Stephen was named Director of NFL Combine Properties, LLC, serving until 2016. Over the course of his career, Stephen has evaluated over 150,000 players at over 300 NFL, UFL, XFL combines.
