LEADERSHIP
As NCMFC director of programming and logistics, Javé oversees the administration, logistics, and programming for Scout School.
Javé plays a key role in integrating Scout School into NCMFC's professional development offerings for its members.
Javé holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a master's in Sport Management.
Her diverse experience includes roles as Running Backs coach and JV Special Teams Coordinator at North Hills High School and coaching the Pittsburgh Passion. She has also served as a Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellow for the Pittsburgh Steelers and as a scout for the East-West Shrine Bowl for three years.
As a football coach, scout, and executive level administrator, Javé possesses the unique and impressive skillset necessary to lead Scout School effectively

Charlie is an NFL veteran and former scout for the Green Bay Packers. Charlie played college football at Alabama and had a professional career as a defensive back with the Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons, and Dallas Cowboys. Following his time in the NFL, Charlie took on the role of College Scout for the Packers. He is a Super Bowl champion and was the leading tackler for the Packers during their Super Bowl XLV win against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Since 2005, Phil has scouted and directed over 250 combines for the NFL, XFL, CFL, and Alliance. Currently Phil is Director of Football Operation for all UFL Showcases. His special expertise is the evaluation of secondary, receiving and QB players.

Since 1990, John Aaron has directed the operation of over 250 pro football NFL, XFL and UFL combines. John’s evaluation expertise is focused on tight end blocking, and offensive and defensive linemen.

Stephen Austin is a former NFL Executive and founder of the NFL Regional and Super Regional Combines. Stephen was named Director of NFL Combine Properties, LLC, serving until 2016. Over the course of his career, Stephen has evaluated over 150,000 players at over 300 NFL, UFL, XFL combines.
